Frankenstein Gets Pushed Back Nine Months by FoxIf there's one thing I'm completely sure of, it's that you should never push around a dude like Frankenstein's monster. And yet, Fox has just done it. Read on to find out the new release date for their adaptation!

Originally set for release on January 16th of next year, just about one year after the release of the failed I, Frankenstein, 20th Century Fox has announced that their version of the iconic tale has been pushed back to later in 2015, now set to hit theaters on October 2nd.

James McAvoy (Victor Frankenstein), Daniel Radcliffe (Igor), and Jessica Brown Findlay star.

Paul McGuigan is at the helm of this revisionist take on Mary Shelley's masterpiece. Based on a script by Max Landis (Chronicle), this adaptation of Shelley's novel of the same name puts a more sci-fi spin on the classic story about a creature produced through a scientific experiment.

The Internet Gets Its Own Raid 2: Berandal TrailerOMFG! The Internet gets its very own trailer for Gareth Evans'The Raid: Berandal? BRB - must go take a selfie to capture the look of astonishment on my face and post it with every hashtag that I can think of! LOL!

Iko Uwais (The Raid), Julie Estelle (Macabre), Alex Abbad (Merantau), Marsha Timothy (The Forbidden Door), Mathias Muchus, Tio Pakusadewo, and Cecep Arif Rahman star.

Synopsis
He thought it was over. After fighting his way out of a building filled with gangsters and madmen – a fight that left the bodies of police and gangsters alike piled in the halls – rookie Jakarta cop Rama thought it was done and he could resume a normal life. He couldn’t have been more wrong.

Formidable though they may have been, Rama’s opponents in that fateful building were nothing more than small fish swimming in a pond much larger than he ever dreamed possible. And his triumph over the small fry has attracted the attention of the predators farther up the food chain. His family at risk, Rama has only one choice to protect his infant son and wife: He must go undercover to enter the criminal underworld himself and climb through the hierarchy of competing forces until it leads him to the corrupt politicians and police pulling the strings at the top of the heap.

And so Rama begins a new odyssey of violence, a journey that will force him to set aside his own life and history and take on a new identity as the violent offender “Yuda.” In prison he must gain the confidence of Uco – the son of a prominent gang kingpin – to join the gang himself, laying his own life on the line in a desperate all-or-nothing gambit to bring the whole rotten enterprise to an end.

Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions (SPWA) acquired the film for the United States, Spain, Latin America, and South Africa; and Sony Pictures Classics will once again release the film theatrically in the United States.

Dylan Penn Condemned by Director Eli Morgan Gesner

Dylan Penn Condemned by Director Eli Morgan GesnerGrowing up and living in Brooklyn, New York, for thirty years, I can tell you quite a few tales of some creepy condemned buildings. That being said, any place with Sean Penn's daughter, Dylan Penn, cannot be all that ugly. Read on!

From the Press Release
Dylan Penn will make her entrée into acting in CONDEMNED, an original horror film from writer and director Eli Morgan Gesner that begins shooting next month in New York. Caliber Media partners Dallas Sonnier and Jack Heller arranged the financing and will produce alongside Jason Sokoloff.

Penn will play the lead role of “Maya,” the youngest in a group of kids who live in a condemned, filthy squat in Manhattan’s Lower East Side with a bunch of crazy degenerate NYC lunatics. The building residents succumb to an infection from their own waste and garbage, inciting a "battle royale" where they all go berserk and try to kill one another. The story is the bastard child of DELICATESSEN, EVIL DEAD 2, and AFTER HOURS.

Gesner was a professional skateboarder as a teenager before being hired by Russell Simmons as one of the original clothing designers at the inception of Phat Farm. Gesner went on to co-create his own label, Zoo York, with Rodney Smith and Adam Schatz and served as design director for over ten years. Gesner later worked as Creative Consultant on HBO’s "HOW TO MAKE IT IN AMERICA" (creator Ian Edelman has hinted at the show being inspired by Gesner’s life). Last fall Gesner helped the infamous street artist Banksy stage his latest show, BETTER OUT THAN IN, in New York City. Gesner currently co-owns and runs SHUT Shakes with his former Zoo York partners.

NBC Unveils its First Promo Teaser for Rosemary's BabyOther than reinforcing that it's set in Paris, NBC's first promo for its reimagined "Rosemary's Baby" doesn't show us much. But that's okay - we'd rather be surprised anyway! Look for it sometime this summer.

The four-hour "Rosemary's Baby" miniseries, an adaptation of the 1967 best-selling suspense novel by Ira Levin, is directed by Agnieska Holland (In Darkness, "Treme").

It stars Zoe Saldana as Rosemary; Patrick J. Adams as her husband, Guy; Jason Isaacs as warlock/coven-leader Roman Castevet; Carole Bouquet as Margaux Castevet, a sophisticated and beautiful Parisian socialite who befriends young Rosemary; and Christina Cole as Julie, Rosemary’s spirited girlfriend.

"Rosemary’s Baby," produced by Lionsgate TV, is set in Paris. It was penned by Scott Abbott and James Wong and is exec produced by Joshua Maurer, Alix Witlin, and David Stern with Saldana, Cisely Saldana, and Mariel Saldana producing.

Synopsis:
Rosemary and her husband, Guy, move into a Paris apartment that has a darkly storied past. After finally getting pregnant, she becomes increasingly suspicious that both Guy and their mysterious neighbors have ulterior motives about the future of her child.
