MPI/Dark Sky Films announced a June 20th theatrical release for the newly restored version of Tobe Hooper’s 1974 classic The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and now Fright Rags have come along with some shirts to die for!

We told you the other day about El Rey Network's new series "The Director's Chair," which has genre legend John Carpenter as its first guest, and now we have a couple of clips to share.

"El Rey Network Presents: The Director's Chair" is a new hour-long series featuring the industry's most notable directors as they engage in a revealing and unexpected exchange about the world of filmmaking. The first of ten primetime installments will premiere Saturday, May 10th, on El Rey Network.

The series will provide a forum for two directors to go one-on-one, offering viewers access inside the minds of some of Hollywood's most celebrated and iconic filmmakers. Directors will come together for an intimate dialogue about their craft and their inspirations and will explore the early and memorable films that helped propel them to superstar status. Even more casting news has materialized for Greg McLean's new terror tale, 6 Miranda Drive, as THR is reporting that "Veep" star Matt Walsh has signed on for active duty in the forthcoming fright flick!

The flick stars the previously announced Kevin Bacon, Radha Mitchell, Lucy Fry and David Mazouz in the tale of a family that returns home from a Grand Canyon vacation with a supernatural force in tow.

Synopsis:
At the end of his marriage, David (Webb) leaves on a business trip to give his wife, Amy (Langton), some much needed space. When airplanes start mysteriously falling out of the sky and cell towers fail across the nation, he finds himself trapped. With the Earth falling to an alien invasion, David fights to return to whatever is left of home.

Both men feel that Jack (Laurence Fishburne) deserves the truth, but what is that truth? Loyalties will be tested and forgiveness will be asked… and the inevitable battle between Hannibal and Jack is upon them.

NBC has been doling out images from its upcoming two-night "Rosemary's Baby" adaptation a few at a time, and they've obviously been saving the best - or at least the spookiest - for last. It kicks off tomorrow night, May 11th, and wraps up on Thursday, the 15th.

The four-hour psychological thriller, which is based on the 1967 best-selling novel by Ira Levin, was written by Scott Abbott and James Wong and directed by Agnieszka Holland. The telecast will air each night from 9-11 p.m. ET/PT.

After a personal tragedy leaves Rosemary (Zoe Saldana) and Guy (Patrick J. Adams) Woodhouse anxious for a fresh start, the young married couple depart for Paris, where Guy has landed a job teaching at The Sorbonne. Anne Rice is one of the most active authors on social media, and she teased her fans this week with the possibility of a vampire etiquette and clothing guide coming our way written by none other than the Brat Prince himself, Lestat de Lioncourt!

We learned a few days ago that The CW has given "iZombie" a series order, and along with launching a Twitter feed for the show, they've released some early key art featuring star Rose McIver indulging in a tasty snack.

"iZombie," from Rob Thomas Productions and Warner Bros. Television, is written by Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero and produced by Thomas, Ruggiero, Danielle Stokdyk, and Dan Etheridge. Along with McIver, it stars David Anders, Robert Buckley, and Alexandra Krosney.

Synopsis:
In a mega-stakes, high-suspense race against time, three of the most unlikely and winning heroes Stephen King has ever created try to stop a lone killer from blowing up thousands.

In the frigid pre-dawn hours, in a distressed Midwestern city, hundreds of desperate unemployed folks are lined up for a spot at a job fair. Castiel has been a fan favorite since first appearing in "Supernatural" Season 4, but the status of Misha Collins, the actor who portrays him, has been in a constant state of flux, going from recurring to regular, back to recurring, and even switching to "Special Guest Star" in Season 8.

He's been considered a series regular this year in Season 9, and things will remain the same for Season 10; however, per TV Guide, the role Castiel will play hinges on how the battle with Metatron is resolved in the season finale, which airs on Tuesday, May 20th.

And we've just gotten hold of the synopsis for said finale, Episode 9.23, "Do You Believe in Miracles?," which you'll find below the summary of the upcoming Episode 9.22, "Stairway to Heaven."

After a massive attack on the angels, Castiel (Misha Collins) calls Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) for help. As they leave, Dean’s eagerness to bring the First Blade doesn’t go unnoticed by Sam, who is worried about the cost to his brother whenever he uses the Blade. Meanwhile, Castiel is shocked when he learns the angel that caused the attack was one of his followers and did it in his name. Dean discovers there is a conspiracy amongst Castiel’s angel followers, and at the heart of it is Tessa, the Reaper (Lindsey McKeon). Guy Bee directed the episode written by Andrew Dabb.

Dean (Jensen Ackles) feels the effects of the First Blade, and Metatron (guest star Curtis Armstrong) makes his move against humanity. TV is the place to be for horror right now, and with so many projects vying for our attention, BBC America's "Intruders" almost fell through the cracks, but we're remedying that right now with the upcoming show's official details and two spooky teasers.

It hails from writer/executive producer GLEN MORGAN ("The X-Files") based on MICHAEL MARSHALL SMITH's novel THE INTRUDERS.

The tagline is "Don't Let Them In," but if you decide to anyway, look for "them" sometime this summer.

"Intruders" stars celebrated British actor JOHN SIMM ("Life on Mars,""State of Play," and "Doctor Who") and Oscar® winner MIRA SORVINO (Mighty Aphrodite, Norma Jean & Marilyn, Human Trafficking) with JAMES FRAIN ("The White Queen,""Grimm,""True Blood") and TORY KITTLES ("True Detective") and introducing MILLIE BROWN ("Once Upon a Time in Wonderland"), making her debut in a series lead role.

Synopsis:

Despite our best efforts, we just never warmed up to NBC's adaptation of "Dracula" starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and apparently neither did the network's decision-makers because it was announced earlier today that it will not be returning for a second season.

Along with Meyers, the show's other cast members, all of whom fared a bit better in their roles, included Oliver Jackson-Cohen as Jonathan Harker, Jessica De Gouw as Mina Murray/Ilona, Thomas Kretschmann as Abraham Van Helsing, Katie McGrath as Lucy Westenra, Nonso Anozie as R.M. Renfield, Victoria Smurfit as Lady Jayne Wetherby, Ben Miles as Mr. Browning, and Robert Bathurst as Lord Thomas Davenport.

With the announcement that "Constantine" received a series order just a few days ago, we wouldn't be surprised to see it fill Drac's coffin... er... time slot. Stay tuned for an announcement of NBC's full schedule soon.
